硅酸鹽保溫砂漿被廣泛應用到建筑保溫中

復合硅酸鹽保溫涂料是當前應用最廣泛的保溫涂料。這類保溫涂料最初以松解過的海泡石作為主要原料,以水玻璃為主要黏結劑。后來除海泡石外,還加入大量的膨脹珍珠巖、膨脹蛭石、漂珠、粉煤灰、硅藻土、石棉、玻璃棉、礦棉、硅酸鋁纖維等;所用黏結劑也由單一的水玻璃發展為石膏(常溫)、水泥(常溫)、高鋁水泥(中溫)、硅溶膠(高溫)等復合使用。此外,還通過加入各種外加劑來改善涂料性能,如流動性、硬化性、憎水性、耐高溫性、反射性等。經過機械打漿、發泡、攪拌等工藝制成膏狀保溫涂料。

目前無機保溫砂漿較成熟的技術主要是膨脹玻化微珠保溫干混砂漿,這主要來自三個方面,一是先進的工藝,二是相對早先的板材(EPS、XPS),膠粉聚苯顆粒等保溫材料有著絕對的優勢,其中之一就是防火,還有一點就是很多人不太在意的就是系統材料的兼容性,三是膨脹玻化微珠保溫干混砂漿有很好的耐久性,能和建筑物同壽命,很好的地解決了城市發展和盲目跟風可能產生的很多遺留問題。而JC/T1042—2007《膨脹玻化微珠》則是目前外墻保溫無機材料類中唯一一個有國家行業標準的。

  復合硅酸鹽保溫砂漿防水復合硅酸鹽保溫涂料(干粉)是以特種無機膠凝材料為在基料,以優質無機輕體材料為填料,摻入多種有機、無機改性外加劑,采用預混合干拌技術加工而成的一種干粉狀保溫材料。該材料在施工現場經加水攪拌后成為施工性良好的均勻粘稠漿體,其主要性能是:防水抗滲、導熱系數低、結構穩定、質輕、吸音好、粘結力強,能有效地克服墻體裂縫,同時還有無毒、無味、不燃等特點,施工簡便。
